I purchase this microware, because the previous one was the same brand it last 10yrs. This one only last 4 month. Never work properly always have to keep resetting it.

Very poor quality. The microwave totally stopped working after just 8 months. I notice several other reviewers with the same unfortunate experience. I still own another Panasonic microwave bought about 20 years ago. It still works. The Panasonic name does NOT stand for quality anymore.
