Have been purchasing these briefs for about 10 years. Snug, comfortable fit. I would expect to wear a size Large, but the Medium is a perfect fit. Elastic tends to stretch out after 3-5 years, but willing to accept that and buy new for best fit. Ordered online and delivery was very quick.
