I bought this small pestle and mortar set to crush pills that I mix in Gatorade to administer to my stubborn senior dog. I love him dearly but he's not a cooperative pill taker. this set makes it easy to gring the pills into powder to then be mixed in food or water. so glad I found it at Walmart....

I love this mortar and pestle. I use it for my little dog's medicine. They are big pills and I have to crush them and mix with peanut butter in order to get her to take them. The mortar is smaller than I expected. Maybe 2-3 inches across, but it is perfect for crushing pills.

It's way smaller than you expect and it's shipped in a huge box! LOL I couldn't stop laughing, it's super cute though and as long as you're careful with it it's a great little trinket!

It is a "cute" little item. Purchased to mash pills for my dog. Perfect. It fits on the window sill over my kitchen sink.
