Thanks to netgalley.com and Disney Book Group for letting me read this.3.5 stars. This was a very interesting concept. A mix of sci-fi with post-apocalyptic events and survival. If you could accept the possibility of the genetic engineering, the story was pretty decent.

Although this book started slowly, it quickly turned into a fast paced adventure story for younger teens. While I liked most of the human characters, it was the dolphins who, in my opinion, stole the story.
