I eat this every day to stay regular. It is great tasting, and does what it was intended for. Walmart also offers the best prices I have found for this item and all the Fiber One items.

This cereal is delicious. I am very selective with what I eat and this is the closest to the one they used to have Fiber One 80. It is delicious. The combination in it is very tasty and I can have it as either breakfast, lunch or dinner as it satisfies your hunger very easily.

Although I am eating this on medical advice, I find that I prefer it to any other cold breakfast cereal that I have eaten (all unsweetened, simple, older cereals). I do add bananas and raisins.
