My Only complaint is that it's loud and shakes when using the dough hook. Seems like it's going to fall apart but it hasn't. I've used it about 5 times with no problem. The paddle doesn't fit right but I'm going to see if they can send a new paddle. It seems that it wasn't cut right on the machin...

I can't say enough good about this mixer. I compared it to the Kitchen-Aid and quickly realized... there is NO comparison!
