This has multiple brightness settings and intensity settings which is very useful for a desk setup.It also has a very well designed arm which can be used to turn the light in preferred directions.Pretty good light for wfh desk setup.Totally worth it.

its bright and has multiple shades of light. Very nice and versatile. I use it for zoom meetings in my dark room. It bends back far enough to be used as a face light for my meetings. good quality. Also, its small enough to not take up much room on my desk.
