I like it good quality the only thing that makes me want to send it back is the volume is to low can just about hear it it goes up to 20 but not enough to hear if anyone knows how to make the volume higher please let me know. Thank you

Excellent picture and sound. I am a little hard of hearing and this has the best volume of the three brands I have heard so far.. The volume on the CD player is very loud. I get more than three hrs play time on one charge for DVDs. Large screen, great picture and sound.
