These fit the bill perfectly. They are very thin magnetic picture holders. I wouldn't call them a frame as they are just a plastic pouch but they nicely adhere your photo to the fridge or magnetic surface nicely.

These are great to organize your photos on the refrigerator. They stay where you put them and keep the photos clean. Three sides are open so if you have an open side at the bottom, just put a small amount of scotch tape on it to keep the photo from slipping out. Works great.
