Excellent price BUT the vacuum ONLY works on bare floors. If there is anything on the floor it gets stuck. Don't bother buying. Customer service is refusing to REFUND $ and offered $10 back. Even after I send them Video they don't want to accept the return. Vacuum is useless

It works great picking up the fur from my two dogs and one cat. It picks up the small stones from the cat litter box and it's very easy to empty/take care of. If you are looking for a light to medium size cleaning job, this is great for the price!
