Nordic Ware has made this pizza pan. This pizza pan can hold up to a sixteen inch pizza. The pizza tray has these little holes in it to allow the heat to get to the bottom crust to ensure a crispy crust. If you like crispy thin crust pizza! Or any pizza in general, This is perfect for you! It fits the 16 inch pizza just fine! The tiny holes create airflow that makes perfectly crisp crusts. It's very lightweight and easy to clean, it's recommend that it should be hand washed.

This pizza pan works great! It does a much better job crisping the crust than the stone that we have. It is a good size, and it is very easy to clean. The pizza cooked in less time with this pan than it does when we use our stone. We will definitely be using this pan to cook our pizzas from now on.
