This is a nice snug fit. I bought this because I have both back and hip problems. It has a very high waist, which works as a back brace for me. It was way cheaper than buying the $175 medical device. This is absolutely my favorite shaper. It is high waisted and rarely rolls down. I love the stretchy lace the most it never rides up. It is very comfortable. I work twelve hour nursing shifts and these are comfy the entire time. Thank you Maidenform.
