Was not able to put this chair together because the holes to accept the bolts to hold the back of the chair were not machined correctly. The holes were smooth on the side so the bolts could not go in. A bust before I could even try the chair out.

Very comfortable, I work from home and sit in the chair for long periods of time. Love the neck support.

Surprisingly a really good product. Better than the several hundred dollar chairs at our office in my opinion. Sturdy and looks pretty decent too. This is a great deal.
