I'm on my third ice bucket assembly for this top-of-the-line refrigerator I bought in 2005, and it has failed again. The auger seems to fail about every 3-4 years. Very substandard quality and design.

The plastic connection that drives the auger assembly connects to a metal drive unit. That plastic connection fails regularly after a few weeks' use. I'm thoroughly disappointed and have made numerous repair requests. The process to have the parts replaced is painful.
