Usually I enjoy Nora Roberts' books a lot but this one was just OK. I found the first third rather slow. A lot of scenery description may have been part of that. The plot seemed to move slowly too. Good job Nora Roberts! For the first time in a while I couldn't figure out the who did it part of the book. I so enjoyed your descriptive writing about the beaches and the old manse house, family history and the characters were well made. Enjoyable read.
