I am left handed and your top bound spiral allows me full use of the paper AND avoids my hand fighting the vertical spiral. the Heavy front cover allows me to keep these are indexed/year after year journals of my business notes.

I am very happy with top bound notebooks. I am right handed but I still prefer the top bound style. Cambridge Limited is my favorite brand. The quality of the paper is so much better than any other brand I have ever used. I guess I am now a paper snob. I highly recommend it.
