love this as it comes apart to clean and its so easy to store when not in use, can be used flat or turned to be a full whisk what more could you ask for ..... nothing in my opinion

I keep all my spatulas, spoons and scrapers in a big crock and by having the twist I can fold it up while inside the crock not taking up so much space and it completely comes apart for washing.
