I got better than expected results from Wet & Black Ultra Wet Tire Shine by spraying directly to the tire sidewall with two applications for each tire, allowing the product to set for about 20 minutes. The result was indeed an "ultra wet" look that didn't sling onto body panels. Very impressed!
