Yes, it's listed as a Gown, but you could wear it in the street w/sandals. It's got colorful PalmTrees/Flipflops,,etc. embroidered on the front, & the fabric is nice & stretchy. Flares at the hemline very flatteringly, & the fit skims the body w/o clinging. And the Price is a good value!
