      The heater is amazing. The problem is, they didn't send me the correct remote control to adjust the thermostat. There is no contact information or anywhere on the website to report the problem

      No real instructions provided, but I didn't have any trouble until connecting the remote. It looks and feels so cheap that I thought I had been swindled, but then I found some instructions on ebay for the controller that they provide and got it all working. It is great!
