I was really excited to purchase this because I cook a lot. When it arrived (super fast shipping, I'll give you that) the blades didn't work. They wouldn't rotate as I pushed the bottom. I tried several times until I gave up and asked for a refund.

After a couple uses, the plastic chopping cup cracks. Called Cuisinart, they sent a replacement, the same exact thing happens.

Though i never believed in buying an refurbished items, I just bought this Cuisinart Smart Stick because I didn't have the necessary funds to get a new one. Well, this one is an amazing certified refurbished appliance. I'd highly recommend it.

I have only used it a couple of times and it doesn’t work very well, the blades work well if the cup is empty, but if I add some vegetables it doesn’t cut anything. This is a scam!!
