this sauce will raise your level of BBQ. I mix the Original and Tennessee Red and add a few things when I compete in BBQ contests. Although I can buy a gallon of each cheaper, I like the fact that I can open two smaller bottles at a time for a contest instead of opening 2 gallon bottles.
