My mother got this to put in my room when we repainted it at the end of 2009 and it still works great..well...we did have water pipe mishap about two years ago from our second floor that caused water to actually pour through my ceiling right through this poor fan so now I have to change the bulb ...

Only negative is that these assume new construction. It says use the bolts that come with the kit. I was replacing an existing ceiling fan so I had to go but bolts to install. Otherwise, fully satisfied with this fan. Great price.

I'm very pleased so far after being installed for 1 month. This 52 in fan has definitely made a difference in air flow from the previous fan we had . Quiet motor and very sharp look when put in an all white look on the blades

Makes no noise at all. It's definitely not like the fans I grew up with. I bought and installed 4 fans in the bedrooms at my house and have had zero issues. Great value for these fans.

We bought this fan for our new home in the kitchen, this may not be the best fan we own. But still, we love all our ceiling fans. We have a total of 8 ceiling fans. And this is rated 4th of all, this is one of the very few fans that have a tendency to live out stronger than others.
