I tried these for the first time as a main ingredient in my homemade Chinese hot and sour soup. They are wonderful in texture and taste, have already reordered some. I am sure they would work out fabulously in any recipe!

Best whole straw mushrooms for stir fry recepie. Easier to cook a compared to white mushrooms and not so sour and soggy as compared to other canned foods. Finally found it in walmart and would buy it every week.
