Very good quality and comfortable chair. Only complaint is the arms should be labeled left and right and which side faces out. The holes where the screws go are different on either side, so you have to make sure they are right

Arrived on time... easy to assemble... really comfy! Tried to get it in store ($131) but was outta stock, ordered it on line ($86) and I'm very pleased with it! Seems well built and rolls easily!
