I needed this item since I was traveling and leaving my cats for a few days. The feeder dispenser doesn't lock into the base at all. Very poor quality. Would have returned it if I didn't needed it right away. I would not recommend this to anyone. Cats knocked it over and it was a mess.

The hole to fill it is too small.

I was disappointed with the feeder. The main reason is that the fill hole is way too small. I had to make a funnel out of newspaper in order to keep the food from going all over the place. My old Petmate feeder was great. I am sending this one. I'll just fix my old one and continure to use it...
