Do not purchase this Item. After purchasing this I went to go get it regestered and couldn't get a title. After spending 5 hrs calling the manufacture and the original title holder I now have to wait a week before I can get the proper documents to get the scooter regestered in my name. Walmart co...

purchased one for a my daughter away at college. it was a great gift and functional. so much so that I bought another one for my other college aged daughter and currently ordering another for my high school teen son.

I Purchased my Scooter. I did have to go back to Walmart to get the Information That's the DMV Needed for me to get my Title and Plates. Didn't have any other Issues. I LOVE MY Scooter. This scooter only goes up to 40 to 45. Goes by your weight also. It's not for the Highway. But I recommend.
