This cheese slicer is well made, adjustable and should last, it's on the heavy side so very durable , I've gone thru many plastic type slicers and they broke, no worries about this one lol

This is the best cheese slicer I ever had. Heavy, solid chrome with a replacement wire included--easily change with an eye-glass screw-driver. The bronze adjusting screws can be tightly secured because the slot in them is wide enough for a dime or the back of a butter knife. All at a great price.
