Poor quality and received a defective chair that company is making hard to return

I have no chairs to review! I have ordered 4 chairs from BisonOffice and all 4 have magically gone "Missing" or "Lost in transit". i dont know what kind of scam these people are running but I want No part of it. I will not be ordering one thing from either Walmart or BisonOffice office again.
