I bought this pan specifically for my homemade flour and corn tortillas and it does not disappoint. Even heating and it's big enough for my jumbo flour tortillas. I never wash this, I only clean with a cloth.

Much more durable than all the other nonstick frying pans! Great, evenly distributed heat for skillet frying!! I do what I call an "Okie Stir Fry" (red tater based) and get fabulous results with it! You can use olive oil! Far exceeded my great expectations!

Already had the smaller one, I think 9” or 10”. This one is 14” used it last night, bottom wasn't flat, so it wobbled while cooking. This morning hubby punched it on the bottom center with his side of fist. lol now it's flat. Nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze.

Absolutely nothing sticks to this surface. The entire pan gets hot evenly, even though it's larger than the burner.
