More then 80 percent of this book seemed repetative and an over application. Introduction to and overview of principle was helpful, but beyond that reading the whole book added little value

The author provides insight into behaviors that make great managers. The principles make sense and are well explained. I hope to implement the ideas. I recommend the book to any one interested in improving their management skills.
