      this wok does need to be seasoned, which does take a bit to do, but it comes with a booklet that has directions specifically explaining the seasoning process. It is well made and I'm looking forward to many years of use!

      This has to be washed (hot water) and seasoned before using. Flat bottom is the way to go with modern induction or electric stove tops. This wok is about as good as it gets if you are looking for authentic Chinese food at home, lid is extra, but a nice to have and you'll want to upgrade the spatu...
