It does work! I like the power of the steam. The cheap build irons were so much of a problem. This one is a well build and designed iron. I do recommend it. You probably think it is not cheap. But it is worth it every penny you pay.

The iron arrived well packaged in excellent condition. The iron works great and the 1700 watts provides enough heat for difficult, stiff items. I have only used it a couple of times but so far so good. I would recommend this iron to others.
