95 ford f250 4.9l SF-S5-42. I only have a few hundred mile on these parts but so far all meets factory standards. Also replaced flywheel and slave cyl.

Only thing not so great is that the throw out bearing makes a noise at cold idle, but then goes away. The clutch slave/throw out bearing assembly was not part of the clutch package but was purchased at the store.
