      There is not enough flange around the front of the throttle body to keep the charge pipe from popish off the throttle body. The own throttle body has a flange all the way around it to help the hose clamp from sliding off.

      Was having throttle body problems with my 17 expedition out of warranty, did not want an oem unit due to amount of problems ford is having with them failing over and over again, was going to go bbk due to larger bore, but they use oem electronics, so no thank you there.
