The machine regularly wrinkles the lamination so that it is both unprofessional and unusable. We have wasted as much as we have saved using this. We MISS our old Brother laminater that worked beautifully!

The laminator cartridges are impossible to replace. I have wasted 2 cartridges so far trying to get it to work. I am calling the 800 number now.
