Not for mega impact but good hold not too much boob smooshing. Moderate support is accurate. I wear more as a light workout or intense yard work kinda deal not for intense yoga or weightlifting. Have several they hold up well over repeated use.

It's really comfortable and keeps me cool during my HIIT workouts. I love that it's not padded but the material is a little thin.
