I made a loaf in my bread machine an it was to dry to eat even after putting lots of butter on a slice an melting the butter in a microwave I am going to fix the next loaf in the oven an see if it's not so dry

I have bought this bread mix many times and haven't been able to find it in stores recently. I was thrilled to see that I could still order it. I really like this bread. I eat it as toast with breakfast or as a snack. It is a little dry untoasted but I don't eat it that way.

No problems with this; this is the usual Bobs Red Mill quality. Great taste and texture for a gluten free bread. BTW, when I was in Portland a few years back, I dropped by Bobs Red Mill. Very impressive tour, and Bob was there. That was 2008, and I was able to buy a 25# bag of quick oats for $14 ...
