The Artisan Market by Emma MacDonald is a beautifully illustrated cookbook for intermediate to advanced levels. I like the jam and sauce recipes for unique gifts. I'm not sure that I would have the items on hand to make many of these recipes, but it would be fun to try one sometime!

Beautiful pictures complement intriguing recipes and plenty of information about the topic. Certainly not for the beginning cook/chef but not so difficult that someone with a bit of skill and patience couldn't master these. A perfect addition to the kitchen bookshelf for those with a more epicure...

This is such a beautiful cookbook. I just can't get alot of the ingredients used in it. It would cost me a small fortune to make most of the recipes included.
