This Chili Oil is great is you like to spice up your Chinese recipes. It is VERY HOT, so only use a drop at a time until you get the result you want. I use it on many other dishes. Genuine Chinese flavor.

This is a good product and price is good, but having to buy six didn't work. I thought I'd have lots of time to use the oil, but there is an expiration date only 5 months away. I thought it would be MUCH longer than tha so a lot will go to waste I'm afraid.
