Calphalon Unison Covered 5 Quart Dutch Oven

Have had this Dutch oven for over a year and it is my go to piece of cookware. Great for simmering sauces, sautéing meats, roasting small beef roasts or chicken breasts. I currently own approximately 50 pieces of Calphalon and this is one of my top two or three.
