I had a hard time figuring out how many stars because I do like the towel(s), but I also had the same issue of only receiving one towel instead of two. Trying to figure out how to get refunded or sent a new towel?

Only got one, said another would arrive but it never did. At least Walmart is generous with refunds. It was a nice rich purple color and soft but one towel doesn't work--need at least 2 to match.

I liked this item it was just what I liked,but the seller advertised 6 wash cloths but you only get one

so much for a 2 pack. I received 1 hand towel, not even in packaging. just pulled up in a white shipping envelope
