I bought this bag for my daughter and within a week or 2 the zipper broke, but I was like oh well must of been like defective and u took it back and exchanged it and like a month later the replacement bag zipper broke as well.

The straps on the backpack are backwards. It simply was not made properly. Also, zipper broke within two weeks.
