Great battery post needed a new one for my van battery which has a wing nut on on it.Designed to reduce the risk of lead contamination made of tin plated brass. Fits 6V/12V positive or negative battery works great.

This top post battery post works as promised. It is universal and fits positive and negative terminals. All you need is a socket wrench. It is heavy duty and bult to last. Use for trucks, cars, marine terminals.

The battery top post is very easy to use. Rather than a regular hex nut, this one has a wing nut to secure the battery cables. Making it easy to tighten. The interior of the connection to the battery is smooth so it makes great contact with the battery post, easily tightened with a wrench.

Great product if you have to replace a side terminal battery with a top post battery. Top post batteries seem to be cheaper, and more reliable. Note the new terminal used in the pic; any corroded terminals need to be replaced to prevent voltage loss during engine cranking for starting.
