the tortillam maker has a long scratch on the cooking surface. the box was open. this has happend to me multiple times getting used returned items. will be returning

The package was damaged, the product looks used and has some scratches. You can only download two pictures I want to return it and get a new one or my money back

Sounds like it can make thin tortilla or roti, but reality is that you don't get thin 8 inch round shape. I am not super impressed. Trying different combinations of doughs. Tried with soft, soft, and a little hard dough but never got the intended shape. Hardly 4-5 inch round shape thick tortilla ...
