I initially installed a remanufactured shaft & had a intermittent vibration (severe) I finally traced it to the shaft that was only 3 months old. This new shaft was priced about the same as a remanufactured shaft. I wish I had installed this new one the first time I would have saved time & money!...

Installed these in my 1996 Civic LX. A couple notes about these CV axle shafts: 1. They do come with an ABS ring on them, but you CAN install them into non-ABS cars with no problem. You don't even have to remove the ABS ring (despite what the package says). 2.They also do not have a balance damp...
