My son loves these underwear so every year I buy the same thing just up a size.

Like most boys underwear, I feel these run a bit small. My 3yr old is in 4/5t and he's an average sized kiddo comparably. Could size up to bigger just to give more room in the waist but for now they work and he likes them!
