I?m so into these instant pot cutting mats. I just got a instant pot not too long ago but I?m still not great at it. So this is super helpful to have all the instant cooked times listed on the mat while I?m cooking dinner. They are a good size and easy to wash. They go in the dishwasher just fine...

Board is a nice cutting surface. The times are hard to understand. Example: carrots, it just gives two times but doesn't say what size,(whole, sliced, baby, frozen or fresh. Until you get to know what's on the board and what's in the manual you will need to keep the manual handy.
