This book is great to introduce kids to rhyming and poetry. Each story is only a page long and would be a great way to settle kids down after lunch. Very cute poems throughout.

This was a lovely poem book for grades k-2. My favorite was "The Extraordinary Puffin." It was fun, lively, and kept me reading.

A collection of poems are in the book. Most are about nature. The poems were not very moving or attention grabby. The lines were not in a good rhythm or funny. This was not my favorite collection of poems so I probably would not read it to my students.
