Very easy to install and works great. I put a thin bead of high temp sealant between the paper gasket that's included and hasn't leaked any in about 3 weeks since installed.

It does include a gasket, but it's very thin paper, I ordered and installed a new Fel-pro gasket, which was much more substantial and I didn't have to fool around with sealant.
